AKKS

The device could be controlled either with manual or automatic sequences. In autosequence mode, parameters are defined in .csv file. Application communicates with DUT (Device Under Test) with CANoe program (by Vector). Controlling of DUT is provided by LIN protocol. Number of turns, sleep mode, etc. All the measurements work real-time and it is displayed on screen. At the end of measurement measurement protocol is automatically generated in excel file.

Measurement:

  • Supply voltage
  • Current
  • Torque
  • Turn angle of schaft
  • Brake current
  • Sleep currents (when DUT is switched off in sleep mode)

- sampling frequency 1000s/s

DC motor

The device could be controlled either with manual or automatic sequences. In autosequence mode, parameters are defined in .csv file. Customer can define measurent parameters for various motor models. Specific model is then chosen in the application settings.
Before measurement the motor is running, the direction of rotation is detected, then the brake is applied until the motor is fully stopped. During the process all load characteristics are recorded and then displayed on screen.
Measured values are then evaluated with program which computes RMS (of torque, RPM and current). These values are written into the datalog file and then plots are generated in excel.

Measurement:

  • Supply voltage
  • Current
  • Torque
  • RPM
  • Brake current
  • Hall sensor voltage
