When UNITES was founded in 1991, the semiconductor industry was the primary market for our new tester systems. In collaboration with the German company SZ Testsysteme, our engineers developed precision four-quadrant power sources, forming the solid foundation of any semiconductor test system (SZ platforms like M3650, M3020, etc.). Over the years, we have created the high-speed testing platform Effitest (formerly Unispot) for semiconductor testing, as well as the highly precise UNIMET platform for low-volume production and laboratory use.
