SZ Testsysteme M3020

M3020 was one of the best (maybe even the best) discrete tester during 1990s. Unites developed several instruments when we used to be SZ-UNITES. The Effitest Power Series is direct successor of this great platform. If you liked SZ testers, there is nothing more closer than the UNITES testers. Effitest P914 Quad 2500V/300A is the modern alternative allowing multidie 4-site measurement either on a handler or a prober together with options like Rg/Cg, UIL/UIS, etc.

SZ Testsysteme M3010

SZ M 3010 was a comprehensive final test discrete tester designed to meet the needs of demanding high-volume production in the automotive and electronics productions. Still being used by many customers till today. The suitable Effitest model for replacement is Effitest P913 2500V/100A or Effitest P914 2500V/300A.
