TRI BSI Plus
The BSI Plus (Boundary Scan Interconnect) is TRI's Boundary Scan Chain Tester for different connectors such as DDR4, USB, PCIe, and M.2 SATA. The BSI Plus Tester is easy to program, and integrate with the desired fixture. The BSI Plus can perform an OPS test and battery test before powering on the DUT to ensure the correctness of the board.
