Senior HW electroengineer

We’re looking for a full-time colleague to join our R&D. The team (12 members) includes electrical engineers, software developers, and PCB designers. Together, we design testers for the semiconductor sector—both for high-volume manufacturing and laboratory use.

What will you do?

• Design sophisticated measurement hardware in the field of semiconductor technology – create concepts for individual tester modules (programmable power supplies, measurement units, matrices, etc.).
• Create schematic diagrams and collaborate with the layout engineer on PCB design concepts and implementation.
• Bring-up and test prototypes in the laboratory.
• Document proposed solutions for our in-house manufacturing process.
• Communicate with customers and occasionally travel for on-site installations of our equipment (USA, Europe, Asia).

Who are we looking for? A colleague who meets the following criteria:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in analog design, ideally in measuring instruments and programmable current/voltage sources.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device characteristics and measurement methods (e.g., breakdown voltage, RDS(on), IDSS, IR, etc.).
• Certification per Czech regulation NV 194/2022, min. §6 (formerly “Vyhláška 50”).
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, or others).
• Experience with C# and VHDL is an advantage.
• English at a communicative level, ideally at least C1.
• Category B driving license – active driver.
• Systematic approach, independence, and responsibility.
