New communication interface

SZIIB6 PCIe communication interface for UNIMET/M3000 series of testers will soon be available. This step will overcome issues with finding PC mother boards with obsolete 5V PCI bus for existing SZIIB4/5 interfaces, making PC upgrading much easier. Planned availability is end of 2018.
