New AUX board for TA37 produced before 02/2021 and new test program editor
We came with new upgrade of existing and highly priced test adapter TA37 – Auxiliary Board (AUX). The driving factor was the need to measure HFE / gfs parameters with extremely low currents in nA range.
Basic HW specifications of AUX board:
- VI source +/-50V / 3A
- Voltage / Current measurement
- Hi-side Leakage measurement down to 30nA range with 16bit resolution for measurement
AUX source application functions in new TA37 SW test editor:
- Used for analog method of hfe measurement on hi-side low level Ib measurement in nA range. (For conditions with low Ic or for Darlington.)
- Necessary for function of new TA37 SW

- New improved functions for testing hfe, gfs, thermal resistances
- Possibility to combine test functions for diodes, transistors and thyristors in one test program
- Full control of DUT OC for MX07 and custom extension matrixes for multiple devices in one package
- AC measurements use DSP functions for more accurate measurements with parasitic noise
- Calibration using external DMM for each range with separate constants
- Easier extension for new functions
- Standalone function, can be used in UNIMET 1037
