Dual FCT Station: Control Unit & UI

Dual FCT Station: Control Unit & UI

Functional test station designed for the simultaneous testing of a Control Unit and User Interface within a single fixture. The system is powered by NI TestStand and LabVIEW software architecture.

 

Both devices are tested in a common mechanical fixture and programmed using an ST-Link programmer during the sequence.

Control Unit Testing:

  • Input current measurement before and after programming (Keysight DAQ).
  • Communication via RS232 interface.
  • Verification of peripherals: fan speed control and LED intensity reading.
     

User Interface Testing:

  • Input current measurement (pre/post-programming).
  • Mechanical button testing using pneumatic pistons.
  • ​Optical verification of LED intensity using Feasa analyzers.
