Product Group Manager for Solar Kerberos
We are UNITES Systems a.s. – a Czech company with a global reach, whose technologies test components that even travel to space. For over 30 years, we have been developing and manufacturing our own products, from state-of-the-art electronic testers to innovative solutions in the field of renewable energy. And it's in this latter area that we’re currently looking to strengthen our team.
We have developed and manufacture a unique system called SOLAR KERBEROS – a smart device for photovoltaic water heating, which we supply both in the Czech Republic and abroad. We are also the importer of KLIMA KERBEROS – a photovoltaic air conditioner that we are currently launching on the market. Both brands are now entering their next stage of growth – and that’s where you come in.
What can you look forward to?
- Responsibility for the Kerberos product group – its management, development, and performance
- Defining and optimizing the business strategy
- Leading a small team (up to 10 people) – sales, technical, production, and marketing
- Exploring new business opportunities – new markets, distribution channels, and products
- Communicating with key customers and partners
- Collaborating on product development and improvements
- Attending trade fairs, industry events, and building brand awareness
Who are we looking for?
- An experienced leader with a commercial mindset and strong drive
- Someone capable of independently leading and motivating a team
- A candidate with experience in business, ideally in a technical or energy-related field, with an interest in photovoltaics, renewable energy, or energy savings
- An active driver with a category B driving license
