TA39 specification

The TA39 is brand new test adapter dedicated for integrated circuits. More specifically, this test adapter allows to test Standard Operational Amplifiers (SOA) and Fully Differential Operational Amplifiers (FDA). Thanks to TA39 you can now measure very low input bias currents in the range of picoamps. TA39 is fully compatible with all previous versions of UNIMET 3000 and SZ M3000.

 


Based on high demanding requirements and extensive R@D we are now offering TA39 test adapter, a successor of TA09 extending its capabilities in regard of testing fully differential operational amplifiers. TA39 includes improved PCB layout allowing testing of ultra low input bias currents in range of units of pA and ultra low input offset voltages in uV range.

TA39 is fully compatible with M3000, UNIMET 3000/4000 and UNIMET 2020 platforms. It includes easy to use menu editor with extensive list of test parameters the user can choose from.
